Yes, all alcohol is BYOB. State and local laws apply, and you must be 21+ to consume alcohol, with valid ID required. The captain reserves the right to stop alcohol consumption for any group or individual at any time for safety reasons.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks' notice, you can either reschedule for another available date (to include the next calendar year) at no additional cost or opt for a 50% refund.

In the unlikely event that your voyage is canceled due to mechanical issues, you can choose either a full refund or apply the payment toward a future trip.

For safety reasons, if the captain cancels the trip due to weather conditions like lightning, strong winds, or rough waters before departure, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

If the captain cancels the cruise due to weather after departure, fees will still be charged on an hourly basis, at a rate of $50/hour, with a minimum of $75 for the first hour.

We recommend bringing the following items to ensure you have the best experience possible:

• Sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays.

• Sunglasses to shield your eyes from the sun.

• Food and snacks to keep your energy up throughout the day.

• Drinks to stay hydrated (don’t forget your BYOB options!).

• A hat for extra sun protection.

• Weather-appropriate clothing to stay comfortable, whether it’s warm or cool.

• A camera to capture all the beautiful moments.

• Your cell phone for communication and photos, along with a charging block and cord to keep your devices powered up.

By bringing these items, you'll be well-prepared to enjoy your adventure to the fullest!

Tips are always appreciated! If your voyage includes a mate, a customary tip of 20% is suggested for their excellent service.
